Cuisine is usually defined as the art of cooking and serving meals. As nouns both the word cuisine and food are un-countable; in fact the words are related but distinct. Cuisine having an artistic artwork, usually relies on taste, style, technique, and ingredients.

On the other hand noodle pertains to culinary arts, which is, technical cooking, cooking, and serving methods of meals. As mentioned previously the word noodle may be applied as a noun and an adjectival term. But, in most cases the term food and the word cuisine don’t refer to the same thing. Foods and cuisines are not exactly the same thing, for example you cannot serve beef tartare at a French kitchen nor may chicken tikka masala within an Indian person. Cuisine is unique concepts that are used interchangeably, but are in reality very different concepts.

While food prep is the basis of all cuisines and many frequently associated culinary practices, cuisine refers to a specific area, community, or country where certain types of meals are prepared. Cuisine varies from area to area, in addition to state to country. Regional restaurants frequently reflect traditional cooking practices that were passed down through families for generations. The high number of family recipes available for every cuisine enables cooks to experiment and make new dishes with great outcomes. The wide variety of regional restaurants also enables diners to experience new foods from every continent on Earth. International cuisine refers to dishes prepared in restaurants which arise outside of the country in which the food might have been first created. Examples of international cuisine include Chinese, Indian, Japanese, and Thai cuisines. Many individuals nowadays are starting to realize the possible health benefits of consuming a diet rich in fresh fruits, veggies, whole grains, and organic produce.
